We're seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Beenleigh service team. To succeed in this role you'll need to have proven experience in a similar position, ideally having worked with Ford vehicles.
Responsibilities will include:

- Greet customers and check in vehicles for servicing or repairs
- Manage bookings and ensure the workshop runs efficiently
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
- Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service process
- Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard
It's important that you have the following:
- A stable work history
- A good knowledge of vehicle parts
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills - on the phone and in person
- A commitment to building a successful career at Q Ford
- A working knowledge of the Reynolds system
